1. Use of the site

This website and its content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may browse, stream and share links to our content, but you may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any part of the site without our written permission - except for the music and press files we expressly offer for free download, which you may use as described in section 8.

2. Intellectual property

All music, lyrics, artwork, photographs, logos, text and other materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Sedona Port and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The Sedona Port name and logo are trademarks of the project.

3. Press & promotional materials

Assets in the Presskit are made available for legitimate editorial and promotional purposes only. They must not be altered, sold or used in a way that misrepresents the artist.

4. Store & orders

Where products are offered for sale, prices and availability may change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. Consumer rights under applicable Swedish and EU law are unaffected by these terms.

5. Third-party links

Our site links to third-party services such as streaming platforms and social media. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sedona Port is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Free downloads

Sedona Port releases are offered as free MP3 and WAV downloads on this site. You are welcome to download them, keep them, play them, share them with friends and use them in your own non-commercial videos, mixes and DJ sets, as long as Sedona Port is credited as the artist and the files are not altered, sold or presented as your own work.

Commercial use - including synchronisation in advertising, film, TV or games, broadcast, re-release, remixing for sale or inclusion in paid products - requires our written permission. Just get in touch; we are easy to reach and usually say yes.

Press assets (photos, artwork, videos and documents in the Presskit) may be used for editorial and promotional coverage of Sedona Port as set out in section 3.
